EXCURSION INJURIES

When you go on a cruise, you will be provided with a list of shore excursions that you can choose to go on. If you decide to go along and end up suffering an injury, cruise lines will typically try to argue that there is an “assumed risk” and you are responsible for your own actions. However, this is not true if you were hurt because of something the cruise line or its crew members did or neglected to do.
